The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mortgage Sales Recruitment and a proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring high-performing sales professionals. This role will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent for our call center sales positions.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through cold calling, networking events, social media platforms, and other creative sourcing methods.

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and talent pools to inform recruitment strategies.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various mortgage sales positions within our call center setting.

Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates, understanding their career aspirations and motivations to effectively pitch opportunities within our organization.

Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidate suitability, qualifications, and interest in available positions.

Utilize advanced interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with our organization's values and goals.

Makes recommendations to hiring managers on competitive compensation packages and facilitates negotiations.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.

Continuously evaluate and refine sourcing and recruitment strategies to optimize candidate quality, time-to-fill, and overall hiring effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Sales Recruiter.

Proven track record of sourcing and hiring loan officers in a call center environment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and candidate assessment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. Workday experience preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
