Team Leader HR Services
Join us as the leader of our International HR Services team, consisting of 4 talented individuals spread across our Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Brussels and Paris offices. As the driving force behind this team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional employee experience throughout the region.

You'll play an integral part in the HR leadership team of MS AISE and MSAM, where we strive to consistently provide efficient, consistent and innovative support to our employees on a global scale.

You have a passion for streamlining and optimizing processes, and you evaluate existing HR technology solutions and make improvement recommendations.
As a Strategic yet Hands-on HR Services Team Leader, You Will
- Lead, guide and mentor the team in work planning, optimization, harmonisation and prioritization.
- Manage together with your team the execution of Employee Lifecycle Management.
- Inspire and mentor our passionate HR Services team, providing support and direction and growth
- Collaborate as a partner with other HR and company functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Rewards, the HRBP’s, IT and Finance.
- Drive enhancements in HR policies and processes to boost optimization and efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with employment and internal regulations, regularly updating policies.
- Together with your team and the Workday systems team, you will ensure the optimal use of Workday (HRIS) and support regional organizational projects.

Who are we looking for?
- You have at least 7 year knowledge in HR, HR (international) administrative processes, HR policies and HR legislation
- Experience with setting up and managing (employees and managers) self-service
- Demonstrated experience in process optimization
- A passion for building and working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to take ownership and act autonomously, while also adopting a collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, English & and preferably also in French
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree with an emphasis Human Resource Management, Organization Development or Business preferred.
- Drive enhancements in HR policies and processes to boost optimization and efficiency.
