As part of the Workforce Analytics team in HR, you will learn how to consult with internal clients on opportunities, concerns, and potential data-driven research projects to aid in decision-making. This role will contribute to the work we do to influence human capital strategies using data such as talent trends, employee listening, culture measurement, and diversity. Ultimately, this work furthers our company’s mission to, “… discover, develop and provide innovative products and services that save and improve lives around the world.”

Position location: Rahway, NJ, US (flexible), Remote optional

Education:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Organizational Behavior, Mathematics, or another related field

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of Statistics

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

  • High degree of initiative and detail-orientation

  • An interest in working directly with internal clients on projects that focus on employees and Human Resource Management

Preferred:

  • Domain expertise in talent, diversity & inclusion strategies, and/or analytics

  • Understanding of HR processes, information systems, and governance

  • Experience with R, Workday reporting, data visualization tools, survey tools

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00-$105,500.00
