Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent and align seamlessly with our organizational goals.

  • Deliver invaluable insights to our business, ranging from talent and competitor intelligence to designing effective employer branding strategies.

  • Build, strengthen, and expand our key businesses by ensuring that our talent needs are met and exceeded.

  • Craft forward-thinking recruitment strategies that magnetize top-notch talent and harmonize flawlessly with our organizational objectives.

  • Lead various teams in implementing advanced staffing initiatives.

  • Shape hiring decisions across the organization and at all levels by delivering training and applying expertise in behavioral-based interviewing.

  • Engage actively with the external marketplace to stay abreast of the rapidly evolving landscape.

  • Achieve team and individual goals in an environment that thrives on execution excellence.

  • To better serve our clients and maximize collaboration, come to our office in Rahway, New Jersey a minimum of 3 times per week.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or relevant applicable experience.

  • Experience with direct sourcing strategy and execution.

  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment databases and best practices.

  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting high caliber and highly skilled talent.

  • Experience with recruitment marketing strategy and execution.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand the industry and analyze external market trends to impact a robust recruitment strategy.

  • Workday experience.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday – Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Please note, this Hybrid work model guidance also does not apply to roles that have been designated as “remote”.

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:

$101,100.00 – $159,100.00
