Responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative recruitment strategies that not only attract top-tier talent but also align seamlessly with our organizational goals.  Picture yourself not only filling positions, but your role will encompass delivering invaluable insights to our business, ranging from talent and competitor intelligence to designing effective employer branding strategies.

  • You'll assist in building, strengthening, and expanding our key businesses by ensuring that our talent needs are not only met but exceeded.

  • You will craft forward-thinking recruitment strategies that not only magnetize top-notch tech talent but also harmonize flawlessly with our organizational objectives.

  • Your leadership will be instrumental across various teams, guiding them in implementing advanced staffing initiatives.

  • You will have the opportunity to shape hiring decisions across the organization and at all levels, by delivering training and applying your expertise in behavioral-based interviewing.

  • You will enlighten IT and industry leaders through your active engagement with the external marketplace by staying abreast of the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

To better serve our clients and to maximize collaboration, you'll need to come to our office in West Point, PA or Rahway, NJ a minimum of 3 times per week.*

Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or relevant applicable experience

  • Experience with direct sourcing strategy and execution

  • In depth knowledge of recruitment databases and best practices

  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume environments

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience recruiting high caliber and highly skilled IT talent

  • Experience with recruitment marketing strategy & execution

  • Demonstrated ability to understand the industry and analyze external market trends to impact a robust recruitment strategy

  • Workday experience

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.  This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. Please note, this Hybrid work model guidance also does not apply to roles that have been designated as “remote”.

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:

$101,100.00 – $159,100.00
