Job Location:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete and track various HR related transactions in the HR systems, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Oversee and execute tasks related to the pre-employment, hiring and onboarding process for new hires, including communication and coordination with the new hires, their managers, HR business partners and talent acquisition
  • Administer and track the leave of absence process for assigned employee groups
  • Review and code invoices and coordinate approvals. Research and resolve payment issues with vendors and the accounts payable team if needed
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of employee, HR and Corporate office events and activities
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees and respond to or escalate general employee questions
  • Perform routine audits of standard HR processes to ensure compliance
  • Provide routine and/or ad-hoc reporting as requested
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team, when needed
  • Additionally, this position is responsible for administering the following specific processes:
    •  Time administration for assigned groups
    •  MDP program participant transactions
    •  Employee relocation initiations
    •  Compliance Postings
    •  E-Verify process
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of related experience in an HR administrative capacity and human resources environment
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Associate degree Required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Preferred Systems knowledge & Experience: 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and working knowledge of web-based applications (recruiting, e-learning, etc.)
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Kronos experience preferred

Work Environment

  • This is a hybrid role with the option to work up to 2 days/week remotely
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week.) Possible overtime during peak periods, by approval in advance
  • Primarily office-based with minimal travel required
