Job Location:
NTU Main Campus, Singapore

As a key member of the HR Business Partnering Team, you will support Pan-University Research Centres in managing various HR operations and ensuring timely service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising stakeholders on HR policies related to the Research scheme

  • Implementing Research procedures and guidelines at the college/school level

  • Supporting recruitment efforts by coordinating administrative processes with Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services to secure top talent efficiently

  • Managing contract renewals for researchers, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely administration

  • Assisting with performance management by tracking timelines, guiding People Managers on tools and practices, and consolidating data for discussions

  • Maintaining accurate HR data and preparing reports to support informed decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Degree with at least 3 years of experience in human resources administration or a related field. Candidates with prior experience of working in an educational / academic/ research environment would have an added advantage

  • Highly attentive to details, possess the ability to multi-task and to manage deliverables under tight timelines

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving HR needs

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated

  • Candidates with prior experience in using Workday system would have an advantage
