Overview

Job Location:
NTU Main Campus, Singapore

You will report into a Senior Assistant Manager, and work collaboratively with him/her to supervise and guide a team of Senior/Executives to support the HR operations relating to workforce administration matters which includes but not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Processing of contract management for all category of staff

  • Handling external/internal consultancy work applications

  • IGMS data management

  • Employment confirmation

  • Exit management

  • Ensuring the delivery of Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Involvement in process improvement projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience (including 1 year of supervisory experience)

  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act and labour laws of Singapore

  • Experienced in dealing with change

  • Able to lead, multi-task and team-play

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong organizational, time management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Working knowledge of Workday is an advantage

  • Comfortable to handle/review high volume of administrative transactions

  • Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with a positive attitude
