Job Location:
NTU Main Campus, Singapore
You will report into a Senior Assistant Manager, and work collaboratively with him/her to supervise and guide a team of Senior/Executives to support the HR operations relating to workforce administration matters which includes but not limited to:
Responsibilities

Processing of contract management for all category of staff
-
Handling external/internal consultancy work applications
-
IGMS data management
-
Employment confirmation
-
Exit management
-
Ensuring the delivery of Service Level Agreement (SLA)
-
Involvement in process improvement projects
Requirements
-
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
-
At least 4 years of relevant experience (including 1 year of supervisory experience)

Good knowledge of the Employment Act and labour laws of Singapore

Experienced in dealing with change
-
Able to lead, multi-task and team-play
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Strong organizational, time management skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-
Working knowledge of Workday is an advantage
-
Comfortable to handle/review high volume of administrative transactions
-
Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with a positive attitude
