The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Compensation Partner to join our Total Rewards team in Europe. In this role, you'll be instrumental in implementing compensation programs that attract, retain, and empower top talent across our European locations.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the compensation expert for assigned Nasdaq locations in Europe
- Implement and coordinate compensation programs, including salaries, short- and long-term incentives, and annual reviews
- Provide guidance on compensation topics to local stakeholders
- Conduct market benchmarking, job leveling, and design compensation structures
- Ensure compliance with local compensation regulations
- Support complex, global projects with strong project management and quantitative skills
- Analyze and report on compensation trends and metrics
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align compensation strategies with business objectives
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, or economics
- Several years of compensation experience, consulting experience a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Expert knowledge of market benchmarking and survey leveling structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with Workday and Beqom (preferred)

- Base salary gross 2700 Eur/month to 3200 Eur/month. Final offer will be based on your experience and skills

What happens now?
This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius. Nasdaq offers a hybrid workplace to find a balance between working from home and collaborating in the office, therefore it's required to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
