As the Workday Technical Lead for People Technology, you are an expert in integrations and other technical solutions. You will work closely with clients to lead the workstream of a project and build strong relationships with them to understand their requirements, ensure that solutions are aligned and result in a positive user experience.

What You Will Do

Work in an Agile framework while managing the portfolio of existing integrations and extend applications and demonstrating thought leadership in driving improvements to existing processes and practices

Manage projects from requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, implementing and driving tasks and milestones to completion

Own maintenance for existing integrations and build new integrations based on client requirements

Own maintenance for existing Workday extend applications and build new extend applications based on client requirements

Attend and provide status during daily standups with cross functional team members

Identify, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers and influencers internally and externally

Provide subject matter expertise to clients, team members, colleagues, etc. on projects

Evaluate current business processes and systems, ensuring cost-savings and risk control

Provide proactive proposals for how data should be arranged in HRIS; leads user acceptance testing

Prepare reports and presentations for various audiences in order to facilitate decision making

Critically review HRIS data and system link-ups for data integrity and ease of use; troubleshoot complex issues

Ensures compliance with company policies regarding system security settings, requests and approvals for access and monitoring controls

Provides technical guidance to more junior colleagues
What We Expect

Degree qualified in relevant discipline or equivalent working experience

At least 6 years of experience in building Workday integrations and Apps using the Extend functionality

Excellent customer focus with the ability to assess customer needs, build relationships and manage customer expectations

Prior project management experience

Willingness to work in the mid shift (4pm-1am)

Our work arrangement is hybrid. You will be coming into the office at least 2 days per week.
