New Balance is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager in the European region to lead the recruitment strategy and effectively source, acquire and fill open positions. The successful candidate will be a brand ambassador and externally be a positive representative for New Balance, whilst internally working collaboratively across the business.


  • Utilise best practice sourcing methods to recruit for Corporate roles across Europe ensuring the delivery of the highest quality and diverse talent. This may also include some retail roles
  • Act as the point of contact for all recruitment, ensuring a thorough understanding of each position whilst working to agreed timelines
  • Work collaboratively with HR, recruiting Managers and relevant stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for the business
  • Lead and execute the full lifecycle recruiting process utilising Workday/ICIMS
  • Maintain contact with current and prospective talent
  • Devise and implement a strategy to build pipelines of future talent
  • Arrange interview and selection processes
  • Conduct phone interviews where applicable
  • A key focus on candidate experience and drive any improvements in this area
  • Ensure job descriptions are updated and standardised in line with policy
  • Uphold core values and be a positive representative of New Balance externally
  • Keep legally compliant materials for recruitment including interview notes and paperwork


  • Previous experience in a similar role with full cycle recruiting and a proven track record of sourcing passive candidates
  • Experience sourcing candidates through Linkedin, networking and direct recruitment
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems – Workday experience is desirable
  • Strong brand ambassador
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
  • Candidate experience/customer service focused
