We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and innovative Recruiter to join our Human Resources team!
Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Manager, you will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers on sourcing and selecting top talent.
You must be a self-starter who thrives in challenges, loves a fast-paced environment, and is excited about the prospect of attracting and hiring exceptional talent.
Responsibilities will include:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a minimum of 15 positions concurrently

Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to gain a deep understanding of the business, role requirements, and how they align with our organization's goals

Conduct candidate screenings and assist with coordinating interview schedules for managers and teams

Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding

Maintain and update interview and new hire trackers, compiling and sharing weekly reports

Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management

Develop relationships of trust across the organization, editorial, and commercial, promoting a collaborative environment

Employ analytical skills to conduct market research, ensuring compensation is fair and equitable for all roles

Assist in leading creative employee engagement opportunities to enhance the overall work experience

Conduct new hire orientation as needed

Play a key role in executing new initiatives and handling ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks as required

Proactively keep abreast of evolving recruiting trends, sharing and implementing as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
-
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in the talent acquisition space

A Bachelor’s degree, with an educational emphasis in HR or a related field, preferred

Proven experience with all aspects of the recruitment process, from job posting and intake calls to salary negotiation and offer letter creation

Hands-on experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ADP required

Familiarity with Google Suite

Working knowledge, understanding, and practical application of employment laws and HR practices

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to distinguish the important from the urgent

The ability to take other people related projects within the Human Resources space
-
The ability to have fun!

Pay Range: $75,000 – 115,000
