Specific Duties:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop Workday solutions, process improvements, and policy changes designed to improve user experience and process efficiency.
- Analyze, evaluate, and design Workday configuration needs and existing design to meet changing demands.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday HCM solution.
- Maintain and promote awareness of system capabilities, new releases and upgrades, and how they impact existing and future HR functionality.
- Ability to communicate with upper management to explain issues and transfer knowledge so that elements are understood without in depth system knowledge.
- Perform key annual processes within Workday, while utilizing independent judgement but not limited to: Annual Enrollment, Performance Reviews, Talent Management, Absence, etc.
- Proactively identifies areas where HR data is not up to date and works with HR partners to suggest and implement ways to improve data quality.
- Responsible for ad-hoc reports within Workday based on business and/or customer needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to configuration, business processes and security in Workday.
- Ability to document system changes for internal change management and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Ability to share knowledge in the Employee Services team and cross train within the HRIS team.
- Serve on or lead small project teams. Point of escalation for HRIS tickets within the ticketing system.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 3-5 years of HRIS experience, Workday highly preferred.
- Ability to make presentations to all levels within the organization.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize work to ensure customers are satisfied and systems are up and running at all times.
- Ability to analyze business and technical processes and determine ways of making them more efficient.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy, and poise under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Must have collaborative work style.
- Must be able to maintain strictest confidence.
