We are looking for a HR Data & Reporting Specialist to manage and oversee data within POC (People, Organization & Culture) Nilfisk. This role will be responsible for taking lead on ensuring analyzing POC data to enable the business with data driven decisions.

 

The ideal candidate will have a structured approach to data management, reporting, and analytics, enabling strategic insights for senior leadership. Additionally, the candidate will take charge of HR data projects, driving efficiency and improvements across the department. Proficiency in Workday and Power BI will be an advantage.

 

Your responsibilities would be the following:

  • HRIS Management: Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of data within the HRIS (Workday). Troubleshoot data issues and work with HR teams to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Data Reporting: Develop and deliver structured, detailed reports to HR leadership and management. Leverage data to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic HR decision-making.
  • Data Analytics: Use analytics to track, analyze, and report key HR metrics (such as headcount, turnover, workforce demographics). Identify trends and areas of improvement.
  • Project Management: Take charge on HR data related projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new HR data tools, processes, and systems.
  • Strategic Reporting: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide data insights at a strategic level. Prepare high-quality reports and presentations that support POC strategy and business decisions.
  • Data Governance: Participate implementation and maintain processes for ongoing data quality control.

 

Don’t hesitate to apply, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferable within data, science or similar
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HRIS systems or data (Workday preferred)
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data management
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Superuser in Excel
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and HR Processes
  • Knowledge of Workday and PowerBI
  • Experience in managing data projects and working with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of SQL and other data query tools
