Job Summary
Team Lead of HR Service Center EI and TA specialists.  Management of resource allocation – shifts, vacation & PTO, establishment and management of work assignments to meet business needs.  Schedules shifts, manages workflow, process flow and assignments. Develops measures to monitor and manage results, and provide metrics dashboard to leadership.  Drives innovation to improve processes & create efficiencies both among internal team and via cross-functional partnerships.

Team Lead
Supervision of HR Service Center EI and TA specialists as direct reports. Design and manage staffing schedule to meet changing business needs. Monitor and measure team member performance. Provide feedback and coaching to team members. Design, implement and manage initiatives to drive performance improvement. Manage work assignments to align with team member skill set and career growth goals, driving results for business. Recruiting of new associates. Handle escalations and issues of the highest urgency for team and management. Partner cross-functionally to drive resolution. Metrics analytics for business intelligence. Lead process improvement identification & deployment. PDCA – Report out to HR Business Partners and leadership, and request feedback and issues to drive improvements. Guarantees team members follow the global process standards, processes and SLAs. Update monthly and/or weekly KPs. Train team members in best practices for Shared Service delivery.

Minimum Job Qualifications
The following statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years experience in a HR Shared Services / Customer Service related job function, plus a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Advanced English speaking and writing required Proficient in knowledge and use of word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, database and other PC applications & analytics/BI tools. Working knowledge of and experience with WorkDay and Peoplesoft preferred.
