About the job

As an Integration Lead you will primarily focus on delivering impactful outcomes through the creation of cutting-edge software and system integrations for global utilization by internal stakeholders and external partners. You will play a central role in designing and implementing integrations using the tooling of Workday to streamline our processes and workflows. Managing multiple projects (3-6 during the year) with diverse stakeholders will be central to your responsibilities. Also, you:

  • Collaborate with technical architects to design and develop integration architectures that are scalable and sustainable.

  • Partner with Workday HR and IT teams to craft a comprehensive technical roadmap for Workday integrations, driving long-term success.

  • Take the lead in designing comprehensive integration solutions that facilitate seamless data exchange between Workday and critical systems such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, and payroll platforms.

  • Provide expert-level guidance on integration best practices, tools, and technologies, leveraging your proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, and integration middleware.

  • Proactively analyze the existing HR system landscape to identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to enhance system capabilities, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Proven experience in developing sustainable and scalable integration landscape.

  • Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, and integration middleware has a strong preference.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
