WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

Within our Global Learning and Development Center of Excellence, you will:

  • Plan, execute and operationalize development programs such as mentoring, leadership programs and other various learning programs and experiences

  • Facilitate content developed by L&D team in a professional and engaging manner in both virtual and face-to-face classrooms

  • Maintains records of training and development activites within LMS (Workday Learning) and supports future enhancements within the system

  • Partner with People Analytics team to drive and build the utilization of program data to support future learning decisions

  • Lead the creation and execution of the early career learning and development programs

  • Consult with HR and business partners to determine learning solutions

  • Support overall L&D priorities or other Org Effectiveness team initiatives

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

  • 2+ years of learning and development, leadership development or related experience required

  • The ability to travel 20%

  • Excellent facilitating skills in virtual and face-to-face classrooms

  • Prior experience with Workday Learning or other learning management system preferred

  • Fluent in English required, as well as other language (ex: French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Romanian, Chinese) preferred

  • Ability to execute work in a global and cross-functional environment, and in a highly collaborative manner

  • Demonstrated skill to translate current and anticipated business needs into learning plans and priorities

  • Demonstrated end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close
