In this position, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining a scalable Workday security model.  The ideal candidate will serve as a critical resource to ensuring all Workday security initiatives are met and aligned to the HR Technology roadmap.

As a Workday Security Analyst, you will get to:

  • Be responsible for overall security architecture to maintain security across the Workday platform
  • Design, implement and execute Workday security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of Workday systems including business process and domain security policies.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze Workday security issues with HR business which may require functional skills in Workday business process and reporting to identify and resolve issues
  • Recommend, streamline and simplify security roles and groups
  • Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes in relation to existing security.
  • Support Security Compliance Audits and ensure compliance with Workday governance model.
  • Document all security processes as needed, including any security changes and enhancements
  • Execute Workday Security role assignment audits, analyze results and address any issues
  • Create, configure, test, and maintain all types of Workday security groups

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of Workday security experience
  • HR/Security knowledge in a global workspace
  • Previous experience in or with  
    • Experience with Workday Configurable and Business Process Security
    • Configure Workday Security Roles and Provision Accounts
    • Assign and Manage Roles for Users
    • Support Security Compliance Audits
    • Experience with security and compliance audits
