Recruiting Operations Analyst, Tools and Technology

We are searching for a Recruiting Operations Analyst to support our Recruiting organization.  In this role, you will liaison between Recruiting and HR Technology to ensure process efficiency and scalability for our hiring practices using our ATS (Workday), as well as provide recruiting operational support to our Recruiting team. You will be a Subject Matter Expert in CRM and will be helping to support incoming queries relating to this platform and supporting with changes / enhancements. You will partner with our HR Technology team to advise, collaborate, and deliver innovative solutions to support the recruiting process. You will work with our global partners to identify requirements, assist in defining/designing scalable recruiting business processes. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understand end to end recruiting process, and provide advice on how to improve and scale our recruiting processes using technology and streamlining existing processes with focus on Workday

  • Analyze and manage the usage of various technology platforms and assist with the associated subscription administration

  • Partner with Recruiting leaders and HR Technology to improve process & improve technology utilization / adoption

  • Implement process improvement initiatives globally driven through technology

  • Supports with testing / validation of new enhancements

  • Provides internal and external customer training where applicable

  • Extracts reports from CRM & ATS as needed

  • Prepare reports and PowerPoints as requested

  • Ad hoc administrative support as required

What we need to see:

  • 5+ years related recruiting technology experience with in depth knowledge of Workday ATS, familiar with CRM’s

  • Experience rolling out tools/enhancements at scale/globally

  • Proven project management skills

  • Experience supporting a global organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Work in a virtual team environment – self motivated & driven

  • Provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.

  • Ability to effectively present information.

  • Solutions focused, proactive team player, organized and efficient.

  • Ability to establish and maintain work priorities in support of multiple team members.

  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Visio, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
