The Senior Business Process Expert (Sr BPE) within our Human Resources IT Team is responsible for supporting our end users (configuration and integrations) within the UKG WFM PRO system.  The Sr BPE is the link between NXP business processes and IT solutions and will have a lead role within integration and configuration as we migrate from our existing Kronos WFC system to UKG WFM PRO within NXP.  After project deployment, the Sr BPE will collaborate with regional IT counterparts and Business leads on continuous system improvement and support.   

This is a new opportunity and stepping into this role means your contribution forms part of a larger HR IT Solutions team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the solution feasibility analysis, integration development & configuration of new functionality to support new or changing business requirements
  • Trouble-shoot production issues raised through end user tickets within UKG WFM PRO system
  • Execute projects and change requests (enhancements) within defined budget, timeline and architecture standards
  • Mentor and assist other members within a small team (3 FTE’s) on enhancements or changes identified by key business stakeholders in Asia and the US
  • Partner with Key Business stakeholders to define yearly roadmaps for future larger-scale projects focusing on productivity and/or business benefit to the end users

Your Profile

  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or other
  • 5+ years of experience in a within UKG WFM PRO / Dimensions on various modules like Timekeeping, Absence Management, Analytics, Data Hub enterprise, Document manager, Advanced Scheduling & Boomi API & development
  • Specific understanding of time and attendance legal compliance within EMEA countries to include Germany and France
  • Proven project experience working with UKG WFM PRO/Dimensions systems in a technical/functional capacity including configuration, customization, and support
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and best practices is nice to have
  • Knowledge of Workday, Beeline and ServiceNow would is a plus but can be learned.
  • Ability to solve complex problems with creative options and drive successful negotiations with project stakeholders
  • Ability to configure and deploy Intouch clocks that will integrate with UKG WFM PRO (this can be learned)

Furthermore you

  • Are an innovative self-starter with a desire to find ways in which IT can bring value to the business
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to work with a geographically dispersed, multi-cultural team
  • Are fluent in English and have the ability to speak German or French
  • Are a team player who is open to ideas from others
  • Have knowledge and experience with the Agile methodology and/or SAFe framework is a plus
