The Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for a combination of both sourcing and recruiting functions. In regard to sourcing, the specialist leverages various external and internal databases to identify, qualify, and forward top talent to the recruitment team for key positions. Utilizing an array of tools and resources, the specialist uncovers untapped talent and builds robust talent pipelines for the company’s most critical skill sets. In regard to recruiting, the specialist executes recruitment strategies and full life cycle recruiting activities for clinical and non-clinical positions. This job also involves reviewing and evaluating job openings and partnering with hiring managers to determine the candidate interview approach. This position requires strategic planning, market research, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals, ensuring a steady flow of highly qualified candidates to meet the organization’s staffing needs.

Education

Required – Associate’s degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of education.

Preferred – Bachelor’s degree or advanced postsecondary education degree.
Work Experience

Required – 2 years of experience in Corporate Sourcing, Recruiting, or TA Coordinating.

Preferred – Experience with Workday technologies, sourcing hard-to-find candidates, experience in full life cycle recruitment and experience working in the Healthcare industry.
Certifications
-
Required – None.

Preferred – Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR); Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR);Â Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR); LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter; AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.

Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other Candidate Relationship Management tools.

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management skills and both oral and written communication stills.

Job Duties

Collaborates with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and position profile requirements.

Develops and implements advanced talent sourcing and recruitment strategies to align with business objectives.

Drives sourcing efforts across various business channels for specific roles and future talent pipelines.

Sources candidates leveraging a wide range of platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, Indeed, the company's Talent Community, Social Media, hireEZ, Search Engines, Boolean strings, Digital and Campus Recruitment Leads, the company's Applicant Tracking System, and niche regional/national job boards and associations.

Executes full life cycle recruiting activities for all positions in the assigned area.

Attends business meetings and events as required to stay updated with industry trends and networking opportunities.

Prepares and presents strategic sourcing presentations to key stakeholders.

Ensures HR compliance by enforcing recruitment policies, programs, and implementation approaches.

Maintains positive business relationships with area leaders, hiring managers, and HR Departments to support collaborative recruitment efforts.

Supports and participates in corporate HR internal projects, contributing to broader HR initiatives.

Performs other related duties as required to support the talent acquisition function effectively.

Light Work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects.
