The Job Details are as follows:

This role supports the Human Resources Talent Management team within HR. The Coordinator will assist the Talent Acquisition Team with direct recruiting, travel and interview coordination, immigration support, candidate sourcing and screening, and other HR related activities as directed. This role will use our Workday systems extensively.

This role will also support administrative needs for our HR Business Partners including exit interview scheduling, employee engagement activities, and support for compliance work.


  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in coordinating candidate interview schedules, travel, and communication for open positions.
  • Leverages the company’s HRIS (Workday) to manage requisitions, candidate screening, selection, and hiring processes. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed including drug-screening process and background investigations where appropriate.
  • Actively involved in immigration administration with HR and legal team members.
  • Leads entry level recruiting activities as assigned. May lead up to 1-3 entry level searches on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively and creatively sources and screens candidates to develop pools of talent for all positions across OCLC.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialists in support of our annual Intern program. This includes planning, sourcing, and interviewing intern candidates.  Helps organize intern learning activities; partners with ODL and TA team members to help coordinate professional rotation programs.
  • Participates in onsite and off-site recruiting activities & events including career fairs.
  • Manages employee recognition programs such as gift cards, YouRock, and employee anniversary awards.
  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition team on strategies that support our employer branding efforts.
  • Partners with and supports other HR Talent team members beyond Talent Acquisition as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1-3 plus years of experience in a Human Resources function, ideally in the recruitment function, recruiting agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience in recruiting using multiple social media platforms is a plus.
  • High proficiency in MS Office systems with an emphasis on Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience using HR information systems, Workday experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates positivity with other team members, has a strong sense of supporting and helping others to contribute to team success.
  • Track record of handling sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Ability to respond with urgency, focused on meeting and exceeding customer needs with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to prioritize and perform competing tasks.
  • Technically savvy – able to best utilize appropriate systems, reporting tools, and support services.
