This individual will play a crucial role in running and driving various talent and culture operations and programs and ensuring a positive and impactful employee experience. The Employee Experience Partner is an integral role supporting the organizational development function of ODL, Inc. The EEP will provide support and project management expertise in implementing strategies supporting, Talent Management, Training, Learning, & Development, and Culture efforts. You will work to coordinate efforts, connect with HR colleagues, and ensure appropriate efficiencies and processes are in place to streamline and complete work. This includes a high level of project management, customer service, logistical, and administrative support.

With minimal direction, this individual will strive to make programs and initiatives elite and will provide detailed and strategic approaches to develop, retain and empower the best employees in our industry!

What you’ll get to do:

Talent Management:

  • Administer and implement programs that strive to attract, measure, develop and manage an organization's talent.
  • Use and improve tools.
  • Identify metrics and measure the efficiency of solutions.
  • Use technology to manage and maintain systems.
  • Regularly evaluate and improve process and procedures.
  • Manage vendors.

Training, Learning, & Development:

  • Coordinate training programs.
  • Assess and provide solutions to include crafting content or identifying relevant external content for purchase.
  • Regularly update programs and courses for relevance and efficiency.
  • Administer Workday Learning system, as well as other Training and Development systems.
  • Create content and facilitate trainings/workshops.
  • Partner with global HR leaders to develop relevant offerings.
  • Manage vendors.

Culture:

  • Assist in administering of programs that build culture.
  • Serve on the Culture Team for culture and inclusion programs and that aim to attract employees, increase engagement, and build organizational trust and accountability.
  • Help develop content and lead trainings/workshops.
  • Support Great Place to Work campaign.
  • Continuously evaluate and make ongoing stop, start, continue decisions considering Key Results.
  • Assist with vendor management.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Strong graphic design and video production skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive Talent Management, Training, Learning, & Development, and Culture experience.
  • Proven track record of graphic design and video production.
  • Data analysis expertise.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Proven ability to time manage and perform work of a sophisticated nature applying strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
