Our Newest Opportunity: 

As a key member of the corporate Talent Management team, the Regional Director of Talent Management serves as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership teams and employees in their assigned region(s).  The Regional Director designs and executes organizational talent strategies that promote a culture of continuous feedback, high-performance, contribute to high levels of employee engagement, encourage development and align with organizational goals.

This role will work closely with colleagues in Human Resources, Training & Development, Internal Communications, and Recruiting to support the ever-evolving people-related organizational needs. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Manages and oversees talent strategies in multiple business units and/or regions and supports multiple business verticals
  • Acts as a member of the executive leadership team for assigned business unit and/or region
  • Builds trusting and consultative relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders
  • Partners with Regional Managing Principal and other senior level leaders in assigned business units and/or regions to ensure talent plans and strategies are being successfully executed within region to achieve business goals
  • Partners with leaders on talent and succession planning, assessment, development, job/career progression and performance management
  • Works collaboratively with Talent Management Team and leadership to design organizational structures and clearly define responsibilities for each role/job
  • Counsels management on business decisions related to employees, leadership and management effectiveness
  • Acts as a mentor to employees on their personal and professional development
  • Fosters a culture of continuous feedback by promoting best practices and strategies
  • Supports the strategy and design for employee engagement initiatives
  • Collaborates with the team to develop communication and change management plans in support of organizational development
  • Works proactively and collaboratively to resolve issues with a “servant leadership” mind-set
  • Tracks and reports Talent Management KPIs
  • Serves as a leader for the Talent Coordinator and Associate Talent Partner role
  • Collaborates with People and Culture teams to support corporate initiatives
  • Works collaboratively with Talent Management Team to support talent best practices, processes and procedures to implement into assigned business units and/or regions
  • Assists with other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of human resource and talent management
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others of all levels
  • Ability to garner immediate trust and respect through a consultative and collaborative approach to their work
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and coordinate support between field and Corporate

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Talent Management or Human Resource role, required; 7+ years’ preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, required
  • Experience with Workday HRIS, highly preferred
  • PHR certification, a plus
