Our Newest Opportunity:
The Sr. Director, HR Integrations will be responsible for leading the M&A process from an HR standpoint – from pre-
LOI, through due diligence to post-close integrations. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing merger and acquisition strategy as it relates to overall People & Culture department initiatives and integration into OneDigital culture for newly acquired employees. The Sr. Director, HR Integrations oversees the overall strategy, direction, and execution of all merger and acquisition projects from a “people lens,” ensuring consistency with OneDigital’s strategies, commitments, and goals. This is an influential role, combining strategic planning, general business management, and project management to drive successful transitions. This highly visible position requires a mix of diplomacy, HR legal knowledge, and partnership with the Mergers and Acquisitions team to ensure a smooth transition for the sellers and the acquired employees. The role will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues in Corporate HR and Benefits, Talent Management, Learning and Development and Internal Communications to support the ever-evolving people-related needs of the organization. The Sr. Director of HR Integrations reports to the SVP, Human Resources and will manage the M&A HR Integrations Manager and M&A Specialist(s), responsible for all HR-related due diligence activities through onboarding of employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
The Senior Director will:
· Represent the People & Culture organization on M&A transactions by partnering with cross-functional integration leads to drive all critical talent and organizational initiatives.
· Drive our integration strategy across transactions while working to customize requirements and business needs.
· Drive projects across workstreams and team members including: Business Development Executives, Deal Architects and Project Managers, Executive Sponsors, People & Culture, Technology, Finance, Communications, Legal, and Operations
· Must be able to rapidly establish credibility and trust with all levels of the organization and be comfortable interacting with and influencing the C-Suite
· Provide guidance on standard and best practice People M&A processes.
· Identify and mitigate risks and integration challenges for People & Culture team and provide solutions based on integration strategies.
· Understand People & Culture strategy and transformation roadmap, ensuring integration planning fits with the future plans.
· Coordinate closely with the broader M&A team on change management and communications.
· Utilize project management expertise for merger and acquisition People projects to positively impact employee lifecycle and business outcomes.
· Negotiates sufficient resources from Corporate and Field HR Teams, Functional Teams, Business Units, and other groups as appropriate. · Effectively sets and communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
· Defines project success criteria and communicates to team throughout project life cycle.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
· Excellent communications skills, engaging personality with the ability to relate to people at all professional levels and personalities
· Excellent at building high-trust business relationships
· Excellent presenter; able to create engaging presentations and speak in front of audiences as well as C-level executives
· Strong employment law acumen, expert level knowledge of state and federal employment regulations
· Understanding of corporate benefits, benefits administration, and 401k retirement plans
· Servant leadership approach
· Ability to garner and foster trust and credibility
· Must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and resourceful.
· Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail

This role will require 30% travel on average annual
Education, Training and Experience:
Qualifications
· Minimum 8 years working knowledge of human resources, processes, trends, and best practices.
· Prior mergers and acquisitions HR diligence and integrations experience is required
· Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, presentation and critical thinking skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Bachelors degree in relevant field or relevant work experience
· PHR/SPHR certification preferred
· Experience with Workday HRIS and SmartSheets, highly preferred

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
