OneMain is growing, we are looking for a Sr. HRIS Analyst to join our team. You will be part of a hybrid -location team performing the following tasks:

Job Description

  • Develops and supports Workday system functionality which includes design, configuration, testing, and implementation while maintaining a focus on service-delivery with a bias for action and speed
  • Collaborates with HR leaders and other stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities
  • Ability to understand requirements and provide solutions by developing new functionality or process improvements
  • Analyze issues and develop recommendations for resolution while following our change control processes from review, diagnosis, testing, securing stakeholder approval to deployment.
  • Assembles working groups that cross-represent interests and dependencies for projects. Provides effective, timely instruction and communication to teams for adoption, coordination, and increased utilization.  Creates detailed project tasks and timelines that drive success and monitors the team’s testing and validation efforts.
  • Provides near zero defect quality, with a focus on risk control and mitigation, operational efficiency, and safe-guarding highly confidential data

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from accredited college or university or 4 years equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Workday configuration experience in Absence, Payroll, Time Tracking and Benefit modules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Compensation, Reporting and Integrations.
  • Prior Payroll Experience for mid to large multi-state organizations
  • Expert Microsoft Excel proficiency
