To date, OneSource Virtual offers HR outsourcing, IT outsourcing, application optimization, and consulting services to 500+ customers that represent more than 35 percent of Workday’s customer base.

The EMEA Accounts Payable Team is responsible for providing outsourced administration/accountancy support services to OSV customers who have chosen to use our service.

Processing high volumes of invoices and other accounts payable documentation is time consuming and costly for in-house AP departments. The OSV service therefore streamlines these activities by providing “procure to pay” services, streamlining activities, saving time, increasing accuracy and enabling better cashflow.

Job Purpose

The job is responsible for processing of customer invoices and accounts payable documentation within our UK Accounts Payable Processing team.  This includes, but is not limited to, processing and validation of invoices using Workday technology, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and at all times working within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Process invoices using Workday and validate all the information extracted from the invoice for accuracy. Full training will be provided.
  • Answer and return Customer Service inquiries in a timely manner and meet all SLA requirements.

Supervisory Responsibility

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Necessary Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Experience within an Administration or Finance environment + familiar with invoices/payment processing.
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work independently in a team environment
  • Able to follow written and verbal instruction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on outstanding customer service
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
  • Customer service driven
  • Superior organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information

Preferred Skills

  • General knowledge of accounts payable functions and processing, including bookkeeping or credit control
  • Prior Helpdesk/Call Centre experience
