As an Application Management Services Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Workday solutions for our clients who are already live in their production environment.

You will be ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, through asking pertinent questions and consulting with customers to understand, in depth, what they want to accomplish and then ensuring these requirements are documented, communicated, implemented and tested for projects and / or open cases.


  • Working directly with customers in analysing, documenting, coordinating, troubleshooting, and managing projects / cases through to resolution, always ensuring our customer is updated on progress
  • Adhering to service delivery methodology, whilst influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures


You will need the ability to:

  • Work effectively with others across multiple teams with different objectives
  • Support multiple customers effectively
  • Apply expertise with specific applications and related tools to perform tasks
  • Scope and estimate individual tasks quickly and accurately
  • Proactively review data and deliverables for issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Actively leverage Workday resources to research and solve problems
  • Deliver consistency in quality of work – exceptional is always the goal


  • Workday Certification/s or previous experience in configuration, testing and supporting Workday applications
  • Working knowledge of customer requirements and ability to translate into technical specifications
  • Experience in timeline management, issue tracking, and configuration execution
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and SLA’s with 3rd party ticketing system
  • Above average Excel skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
