Essential Functions:
  • Coordinates, troubleshoots and manages system issues to resolution
  • Acts as point of escalation for advanced issues; works directly with customer to analyze and document problem, recommend solution, initiate corrective actions, follow up on problem resolution and inform customer of status.
  • Experience in timeline management, issue tracking, and configuration execution
  • Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer’s overall objectives and requirements
  • Assist Consultants with project-based work
  • Provides QA approval to Analyst (A2) for production moves
  • Mentors new team members as required

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of implementation/technical support/functional experience/training in Payroll with proven project delivery through full lifecycle from requirements through deployment/support
  • Practical experience in software configuration and existing system enhancements including business analysis; requirements, use case, and specification documentation; report development; testing and training
  • Technical/Functional support of known ERP system or Technical support of other systems functionality including configuration/set-up
  • Functional experience with configuration and support of Data Loads, Tax Adjustments, Payroll Reporting, Earning/Deduction Codes and Pay Rate Changes
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Experience in managing relationships and SLA’s with 3rd party ticketing system
  • Involved in the Day to Day configuration of the system
  • Project Lead or Management experience preferred
  • Possess intermediate/advanced level Excel skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (MIS, CS, HR, Accounting.)
