Job Duties

The payroll Processor will be responsible for providing payroll services support to our client base. This is a fast-paced environment with emphasis on personal initiative. This is a tremendous opportunity for a skilled payroll professional who is interested in interfacing with clients in order to provide “best-in-class” payroll expertise. Responsibilities

  • Provides outstanding payroll services support

  • Processes payrolls using Workday

  • Generates on-demand payments as requested

  • Enters and maintains employee master file records

  • Assists with new client implementations as needed

  • Maintains payroll services support documentation

  • Logs activity into Client Manager ticketing system

Requirements

  • Canada payroll experience preferred

  • High School graduate or equivalent 

  • Detail oriented 

  • Strong analytical skills 

  • Able to work independently

  • 2 – 5 years payroll experience using common industry software

  • Strong communication skills with emphasis on outstanding customer service

  • Proficient in Word and Excel

  • FPC required before or within 6 months of hire
