We create solutions built on the Workday application that empower customers to become strategic HR organizations, then scales with them as they grow. To date, OneSource Virtual offers HR outsourcing, IT outsourcing, application optimization, and consulting services to 500+ customers that represent more than 35 percent of Workday’s customer base.

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

·         Processes payrolls using Workday

·         Responds to tickets escalated from the payroll processors

·         Assists with Limits on codes

·         Creates earnings and deductions as requested by the customer

·         Responds to basic payroll questions and questions on year end processes

·         Researches invoice and billing inquiries

·         Creates all run categories and provides extensive testing (bonus, stock, adj, etc.)

·         Generates on-demand payments as requested

·         Enters and maintains employee master file records

·         Assists with new client implementations as needed

·         Maintains payroll services support documentation

·         Assist with special projects as needed

Supervisory Responsibility

This role does not have any supervisory responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

·         High School graduate, GED or equivalent; higher education preferred

·         1 year Payroll Processor experience

·         1 year of Customer service and / or Payroll experience

·         Experience with Payroll Data Entry

·         Experience in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel

·         Demonstrated Logical Payroll thinking

·         Experience with and understanding of Payroll Taxes

Preferred Skills

·         Knowledge of payroll and payroll processing

·         Payroll Configuration Experience

·         Experience with Zendesk and / or Salesforce programs

·         Associates degree or higher preferred
