To date, OneSource Virtual offers HR outsourcing, IT outsourcing, application optimization, and consulting services to 500+ customers that represent more than 35 percent of Workday’s customer base.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer has a successful on-boarding experience. Continuous oversight of customer projects to ensure the improvement of the customer experience by minimizing escalations or customer concerns.  Provide mentoring to Customer Readiness Specialist to confirm all tasks are being performed. Provide guidance and assistance to Customer Readiness Specialist for any project related tasks.  Proactively work with internal & external partners to manage and support projects, as needed.   

  • Serve as Executive Sponsor on Services Readiness projects
  • Manage portfolio of customer projects
  • Participate in governance activities for Services Readiness (documentation, processes)
  • Developing solutions/recommendations to project challenges
  • Ensure projects meet service delivery deadlines
  • Conduct check-points with customer for overall project satisfaction
  • Assist Customer Readiness Specialist with overall methodology for consistent quality & efficiency
  • Oversee projects by monitoring & improving the customer experience 
  • Identify any key risks to the project and bring to resolution
  • Liaise with Sales Ops Team on any service line discrepancies or sales opportunities

Qualifications/Skills

  • Project Management/Consulting Experience
  • 3+ years as CRS or 3+ years as Project Manager supervising multiple project resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree a plus
  • Workday Certification a plus
  • PMP Certification a plus
