  • Be knowledgable about each customer in your portfolio and their expectations
  • Be the liason between the tax department and the customer
  • Understand how how payroll taxes will affect each customer in your portfolio
  • Build relationships with customer contacts
  • Be the customer’s advocate
  • Respond timely and accurately to customer requests/escalations
  • Ensure channels of communication with all customers remain open to include email, CRM tickets, calls, onsite visits
  • Prioritize and schedule customer calls with appropriate parties
  • Proactively communicate to the customer any changes that affect their accounts
  • Liase with the Customer Success team and other internal stakeholders to remain updated on the customer at the strategic level
  • Build relationships with internal Payroll Tax Specialists and Processors
  • Empower the Jurisdition Team with updates that are needed in advance of any customer calls or onsite meetings
  • Expertise at resolving all non-notice tickets
  • Be able to identify what constitutes payroll tax issues that warrant escalation


  • Conduct all behaviors according to our OSV Values
  • Customer Management experience to include strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Relationship management experience to include effectively managing customer expectations
  • Payroll and/or tax experience 
  • Working knowledge of tax rules and requirements
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Data Analytics
  • Become an expert on OSVat OneSource Tax systems and procedures
  • Payroll outsourcing and/or Shared Services experience preferred
  • Associates degree or higher (or equivalent multistate tax experience)
