Position Summary/Objective

As a Marketing Operations Analyst you’ll be supporting the Marketing Operations and Revenue team directly with additional responsibilities for the complete marketing operational tech stack and reporting.  You will partner with  the SVP, Marketing, to support team members from Communications, Design/Brand, Demand Generation and Sales in order meet their reporting and advanced analytics objectives. You will assist in defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with digital marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful dashboards and delivering performance reports with actionable insight. You will own web reporting, including the implementation and ownership of tools to aid in data collection, data analysis and finally, data interpretation with the aim of improving efficiency in our demand generation strategies and increasing full-funnel conversion and ROI.  You will report to the Manager, Business Systems.

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Serve as HubSpot, 6Sense and website administrator
  • Create, monitor and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, focusing on Opportunity Attribution level reporting across campaign, tactic and pipeline stage dimension
  • Ensure lead handoff, assignment and follow-up for inbound leads within HubSpot are being appropriately executed by CSD team
  • Perform Lead Generation level reporting for new Prospect accounts, MQL and SQLs to ensure clean data in HubSpot
  • Partner with SVP, Marketing, and Sr. Director, Revenue Marketing, to optimize full-funnel conversion and health.
  • Maintain database health, in partnership with Revenue Ops, and Growth Team leaders.
  • Set up and monitor the tracking and analytics-related logistical elements in HubSpot related to tagging, email metrics, form conversions, segmentation, automation rules, custom redirects and completion actions.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize future strategies | Recommend necessary mid-campaign adjustments based on analysis
  • Create ad hoc data reports and provide ad hoc analyses to gain insight into user experience and behavior and present actionable insights and recommendations that enable greater customer engagement
  • Establish scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Evaluate and update the HubSpot lead scoring metrics on an as needed basis
  • Create nurture and execution strategies across entire marketing tech stack
  • Work closely with Marketing Leadership to ensure campaigns are reaching the right targeted audiences

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent 2-years Marketing experience
  • Data-driven individual with a strong business acumen and focus on analytical problem solving, data manipulation and data management skills
  • Creative and able to effectively visualize responses to complex business questions
  • Proven ability to set up A/B testing campaigns to measure results within its interface 
  • Expertise in leveraging HTML meta tags and a thorough knowledge of their influence on search engine rankings
  • Expert experience with Excel required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to turn data into a story for our business partners

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics and / or other marketing analytics tools and reporting
