Job Description Summary

The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing payroll documentation such as payslips, P45’s, P60’s and P11D’s. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to printing files, running inserting and postage machines, and organising postage to customers. The Payroll Administrator will follow detailed written instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job but should also rely on their own ability to assess situations that will require review of the documents to assure they are delivered to recipients correctly and timely.

The Payroll Administrator reports to the Payroll Manager.

Job Description Duties:

  • Monitor cases to ensure service level agreements and high customer satisfaction levels are being met
  • Process payrolls/FAO/Garnishments/Benefits and incoming mail using instructions supplied
  • Process fulfillment requests using instructions supplied
  • Work directly with payroll team to identify/resolve all issues related to fulfillment processes
  • Maintains required electronic records, files and documentation.
  • Operate inserting and postage machines
  • Carry out postage duties
  • Work on ad-hoc requirements as assigned by the Payroll Manager

Qualifications and experience:

  • Office administration support experience
  • Competent user of MS Excel and MS Word such that high quality documents and spreadsheets using basic Excel functions can be maintained.
