Position Summary/Objective

We seek a highly organized and experienced Services Readiness Program Manager to oversee the development and implementation of programs in support of our Services Readiness and Services Enablement teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, strategic thinking abilities, and a deep understanding of service delivery in a BPaaS or shared-services environment. The Services Readiness Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our processes, tools, technologies, and team are scalable and that they support our efficient customer onboarding experiences.

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Program Development: Lead the design and development of comprehensive readiness/enablement programs, including defining objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within OSV to align programs with overall business goals and strategies.
  • Content Creation: In cooperation with OSV’s Learning and Development team, develop training materials, documentation, and resources to support initiatives, ensuring that all materials are accurate, engaging, and effectively communicate critical concepts.
  • Training Delivery: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars for internal Services Readiness and Services Enablement teams, providing guidance on best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish mechanisms to assess program effectiveness, solicit feedback from stakeholders, and adjust as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Project Management: Manage all aspects of Services Readiness and Services Enablement program implementation, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting progress to leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and leverage this knowledge to enhance programs over time.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in project management, preferably in technology, Business Process Outsourcing, Professional Services, or similar industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Experience with and knowledge of Workday is preferred.
