Position Summary/Objective
OneSource Virtual is seeking a Sr Director of Enterprise Architecture to support ongoing development of our Payment and Tax product lines. The ideal candidate has solid leadership experience, a forward-looking strategic mindset, and is a natural change agent. The Enterprise Architect position is responsible for designing and overseeing implementation of technology solutions in an agile development environment.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
· Have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and engineering best practices
· Rapidly iterate and constantly improve the platform
· Work with the non-technical team members to envision a clear, high-level technical solution that meets business and experience goals
· Work with financial payment systems, NACHA files, ledgers
· Hybrid cloud and on premise environments
· DR/COB design and testing
· Experience with data movement and conversion
· Experience with all layers of a modern technology stack including UI, application, data, and reporting layers
· Discover, analyze, and document business requirements through ongoing communication with project stakeholders and translate these requirements into system and process solution designs
· Ability to instruct developers, architects, and teams on architected applications.
· Provide architecture and domain guidance to teams during User Story break down.
· Demonstrate the ability to coach (technical and process coaching), mentor, train, and provide architectural guidance to development teams.
· Participate in technical and solution design with other technical teams like data science, analytics, and IT infrastructure
Competencies
· Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructures
· Design and improve testing and development environments
· DR/COB design and testing
· Experienced with data ETL and conversion
· Experienced with all layers of a modern technology stack including UI, application, data, and reporting
· Discover, analyze, and document business requirements through ongoing communication with project stakeholders and translate these requirements into technical solution designs

Qualifications and Experience
· 8+ years of experience as an enterprise architect, application architect, and/or leader of a product engineering team
· Experience designing, documenting and guiding implementation of multi-team development projects
· Demonstrated experience with agile software development methods and roles.
· Success as an individual contributor and manager; history of strong positive teamwork and problem solving
· Experience with financial payment systems including integration to bank systems or tax authorities
· Experience with digital payments or other FinTech products
· Experience with HCM systems including Workday is a plus
