Job Description Summary
The Workday Associate Analyst will be responsible for supporting successful implementations of the Workday solution for our clients. The position will work closely with Engagement Managers, internal consultants and Clients to ensure that system and business requirements are clearly defined, documented and communicated.  They will support other internal Consultants and have an area of focus in the Workday ecosystem.

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Support the Workday implementation process from start to finish, as needed.
  • Support internal consultants to anticipate issues or gaps and engineer appropriate solutions across multiple projects, as needed.
  • Support internal consultants with identifying/resolving all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframe.
  • Support the development of functional designs and specifications to support vendor and customer requirements.
  • Support the implementation of integration configuration, testing, and deployment activities, as needed.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality services and products to clients to maintain and build on OSV’s reputation and credibility within the ecosystem.
  • Highlight any continuous improvements and lessons learned throughout each project to maximize OSV’s Professional Services efficiency.

Supervisory Responsibility

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Associates degree or Bachelors degree or 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience, required
  • Must be able to successfully complete the Workday certification in Integrations Core
  • Possess knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory
  • Ability to manage and multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Proven communication skills and the ability to be clear and concise in all communication

Preferred Skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and have strong analytical skills
  • Excellent problem resolution skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • Technical expertise in the development of web service technology (SOAP, WSDL, XML, API) a plus
  • Experience using Eclipse IDE or Microsoft .Net a plus
