Job Description

In this role you will be fully immersed in the successful implementation of Workday Recruiting and Learning solutions for our clients, working closely with Project Managers, internal Consultants and Clients to ensure that system and business requirements are clearly defined, documented and communicated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead the Workday implementation process from start to finish to include requirements gathering, configuration, test scenario resolution and knowledge transfer
  • Identify and analyse business needs and requirements, being able to translate technical requirements into business appropriate terminology
  • Create and develop functional designs and specifications
  • Analyse gaps and complete fit gap documentation
  • Engage with other functional project streams to identify cross-functional touchpoints between Recruiting / Learning and other Workday functional areas
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality services and products to clients.
  • Work with clients to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframe.
  • Ensure awareness of future functionality in the Workday bi-annual releases
  • Lead internal initiatives to develop and grow the Workday HCM Practice

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ years consulting experience as a Workday Consultant
  • Up to date Workday certifications (ideally Recruiting and Learning)
  • Knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory
  • Working knowledge and language of Human Resources, Recruiting  and Learning
  • Proven track record of collaborating with customers to define deployment expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction
  • Extensive experience of working in client facing roles
  • Experience of working with a major systems integrator and/or an enterprise software company
  • Ability to develop complex functional designs, including options for technical platforms
  • Ability to coach others in the execution of the design, configuration, testing,  and implementation activities on schedule and within budget
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
