Who you’ll work with

As part of a diverse team, you will partner with the HRIS and Payroll team, along with other members within P&C teams from Total Rewards, Business Partners, Talent and Talent Attraction. As a valued member of the People Operations team, you will learn from team members and provide support on people analytics, Workday, Cornerstone, and Service Now activities and tasks.

What you’ll do

  • Manage, track and ensure compliance on all employee information and required documentation

  • Provides guidance and support and track progress on employee/managers general inquiries regarding policies, programs, process through Service Now (CMT)

  • Administer activities within Workday (HRIS) related to the employee life cycle and workflow processes including but not limited to: data entry, reviewing for accuracy, compliance & process monitoring, testing, offer letter and other document generations

  • Administer activities within Cornerstone (LMS) related to employee mandatory learning and compliance including but not limited to : configuring course set up and groups, adding sessions, building course notifications etc

  • Monitor, track and escalate progress of background check status for all external hires

  • Responsible for early identification/troubleshoot of issues within all P&C systems : Workday, Cornerstone, Service Now

  • Compile data for reporting needs on an ad-hoc basis

  • Contribute to and or lead projects and tasks as assigned by the Director

What you’ll need

  • Minimum bachelors degree, HR degree preferred

  • 3 years of working knowledge of Workday is required

  • Experience with Cornerstone is an asset

  • Experience with Service Now is an asset

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (outlook, word, excel and power point)

  • Experience with Power BI is an asset

  • Minimum three years’ experience in People Operations required

  • Communicates effectively both orally and in writing with employees and managers, to maintain confidentiality in daily operations

  • Ability to manage, perform and prioritize multiple priorities under time constraints; perform detailed tasks with accuracy and minimal supervision

  • Experience with a global organization is preferred
