Digitaler Trainingskoordinator im Montage Training Center – MTC (m/w/d)

Standort: Unternehmenszentrale Berlin

IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS

  • Sie koordinieren die Trainingsmaßnahmen des MTC im Learning Management System (LMS) – Workday Learning

  • Sie gewährleisten die Durchführung der Trainings gemäß Prozess und stellen die korrekte Dokumentation sicher

  • Sie unterstützen Führungskräfte, Trainer und Monteure rund um das Thema Trainingsmaßnahmen und erstellen geeignete Hilfsmittel und Schulungsunterlagen

  • Sie führen Trainings durch, um den richtigen Umgang mit dem Learning Management System sicherzustellen und die Prozesstreue zu gewährleisten
     

IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG

  • Sie sind kontaktfreudig und kommunikationsstark

  • Des Weiteren bringen Sie gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie Interesse an digitalen Arbeitsmitteln mit

  • Sie sind geübt darin sich Lösungen im digitalen Raum zu erarbeiten

  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Kenntnisse in Workday sind vorteilhaft
