This position will provide support and a development opportunity to the intern in the Talent Management space. The intern will be exposed and be a support to the different cycles in Talent Management and Learning Development areas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in building the people development framework cum training programs
  • Enhance the branding of Singapore Otis Talent and People Development (Internal and External)
  • Manage and increase the utilization of Workday Learning (WDL) and helping in educating employees on the system
  • Contribute and support the enhancement of the onboarding induction training package
  • Standardize the Employee Scholarship Program process and manage the program (where needed)
  • Support in Skill matrix development projects
  • Contribute actively and support in Talent Engagement project targeting on Young Talent
  • Participate and roll out DE&I initiatives (where appropriate)
  • Support other Talent Management Driven activities

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or Human Resources Related Majors 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal skills, verbal and communication skills
  • Collaborate effectively working with cross-functional team members
  • Creative and Innovative; actively contribute ideas  
  • Has learning agility and a steep learning curve
  • Able to work in a fast-paced function where quality delivery is key
