Key requirements:

  • Theoretical and practical expertise in the HR compliance and administration documents flow, good labor law expertise
  • Good knowledge of filing, keeping and archiving of documents
  • Good knowledge of legal and normative documents related to HR activity
  • Knowledge of Workday & 1C is a must
  • Knowledge of Garant/Consultant systems as user
  • 3+ years experience in HR administration in multinational companies (manufacturing industry is a plus)
  • English – Intermediate +
  • Excellent communication and networking skills;
  • Bias for action and ability to enroll others in working towards a common goal;
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well as part of a team;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Ability to negotiate and achieve goals;
  • Ability to work with a document template; basic understanding of the legal nature of all documents
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, prioritize and meet though deadlines;
  • Good expertise in migration law and processes of assignees administration is a plus

Scope for HR IS part:

  • Support of HRIS systems (Workday & 1C) including interaction with IT support, access control, bugs correction support
  • Technical request creation and testing of changes, interaction with global support teams regarding regular updates and system support
  • Integration process monitoring
  • Improvement of the HR databases (including identification of any gaps in the system and their elimination)
  • Configuring of database settings & attributes
  • Database control documentation creation and updating
  • Respond to various questions regarding HR database and data management processes
  • Producing of various reports 

Scope for HR Admin part:

  • Support of all HR administration processes (processing of hiring, termination, transfer  etc.) by documentation properly, within determined time frames and in accordance with the global and internal standards. Payroll processing: bonus/monetary incentive/allowance processing and preparation of various reports for payroll purposes Submission of prepared HR documents for payroll process as per deadlines.
  • Updating of personal and other information in HR database upon the receiving of the information
  • Maintenance of personnel files, T-2 forms and labor books
  • Work time and absenteeism tracking (completing and processing of sick leave certificates, processing of overtime and holiday work, business trips, registration and processing of other kinds of presence or absences in accordance with labor law requirements
  • Participation in HR policy Induction sessions for newcomers (during signing of employment documents with employees)
  • Preparation of documents for disciplinary cases resolution and redundancy cases
  • Preparation of material liability documents (if required)
  • Staff schedule update on a regular basis in compliance with the relevant changes and Legislation provisions
  • Vacation schedule maintenance
  • Advising business on compliance issues including communications to employees; Advising employees on any issues including communications to employees & compliance support in accordance with local procedures
  • Preparation of copies of the employment documents for staff upon requests
  • Participation in designing, updating and implementation of company’s policies
  • Participation in audits of HR documents by request of the Line Manager
  • Providing various statistical/headcount reports/data (including preparation of statuary reporting)
  • Participation in HR projects
  • Back up for migration compliance support. Support of processes related with assignees work in company including control of migration compliance provider’s support.
