We are currently recruiting for a Talent Development and Inclusion Specialist to support the flawless deployment and execution of programs and projects. This role will be based in Türkiye.
Your Mission:
- Provide a great learning experience for our colleagues via our Learning Management System (LMS), Workday Learning, acting as a key user and interface towards our regional HR community and internal stakeholders
- Assign and create new training & campaigns in Workday Learning
- Manage training participation enrolment and ensure instructor / trainer has any materials needed to deliver training
- Provide administrative support to the regional and local HR Communities for various talent initiatives including sourcing external training providers, training design adjustments to local needs, identification of internal trainers, language translations
- Provide reporting and metrics to support business requirements
- Support in establishing a training plan and calendar, to include budgeting
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Experience in an international corporate company with a matrix structure is an asset
- Proficient level of English (oral and written), additional languages are an advantage
- Strong computing skills including Microsoft Office products
- Open-minded personality who acts pro-actively, demonstrates high solution-orientation and thinks outside the box
- High level of organization skills and priority setting with good attention to detail and the ability to think across borders
- Very strong communicator with high energy level
