Summary of Responsibilities

This position provides technical expertise and knowledge transfer for the effective daily operations, optimization, and continued implementation of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM–Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Benefits, integrations), globally. This position collaborates with internal Subject Matter Experts from HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, business systems integration specialists, external service providers, and security specialists. Ensures system data integrity (data inputs, data outputs; problem resolution as needed), and supports Workday governance protocols in all locations (e.g., CAB meetings, etc.). Supports the ongoing training and user acceptance of Workday HCM at all levels. Responsible for Workday HCM reporting and assists SMEs with the development of reports that meet business needs. Assists with implementing the Workday HCM Strategic Plan for the Workday Executive Sponsors through the CPO and Change Advisory Board (CAB). Participates in implementing Workday HCM functionality determined by the Executive Sponsors and CAB into new properties, globally – cost-effectively and timely. Responsible for reviewing the 3rd party support service billing for accuracy of time billed associated with HR tickets & project work.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HCM production support at the enterprise-level required.  Prior hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting deployment in a multi-unit company and/or prior experience in Workday in a multi-unit company with HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation modules preferred.  Working remotely can be considered.
