What You Will Be Doing with Us:

  • Ensure the seamless administration, integration, configuration and maintenance of the Absence Management module

  • Be the liaise with other members of the HRIT team and HR functional Subject Matter Experts to meet production schedules and provide quality support using the HRIT governance framework

  • Troubleshoot problems, test, and work with business to resolve issues, partner with application owners, users and stakeholders to develop requirements for requested enhancements, and recommend technical solutions while considering priorities and tradeoffs, and drive alignment among stakeholders

What We Need from You (Required):

  • 8+ years’ experience in HCM and solid understanding of HR

  • 6 years of experience with Workday HCM system supporting Absence Management

  • Experience with Workday’s Business Process Framework and related Security

  • General understanding of Core HR, Benefits and Payroll processes and their inter-dependencies with Absence Management

  • Hands on experience with EIB loads.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have (PREFERRED):

  • Experience with Reporting and Calculated Fields

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Workday Pro

  • Workday Certified Consultant
