We are seeking an Engineering/Technical Recruiter to support our growing organization in the Critical Infrastructure business unit. If you have engineering recruitment expertise, excel at finding exceptional talent, and know how to close deals, we are interested in you!

This is an opportunity to recruit and hire for various teams across the United States and Canada working with market leaders and subject matter experts in engineering and project management.  You will be expected to work across various time zones and support all of North America. Using a consultative approach, you will work with geographically dispersed hiring managers and teams, develop sourcing strategies, source and screen candidates, and process candidates through the interview/offer/hiring process. You will be expected to perform compensation analyses as well as assist hiring managers with relocation agreements and provide guidance to new Managers on Workday (ATS) and hiring processes.   We expect you to draw upon your recruiting expertise as well as your knowledge of the transportation recruitment markets to deliver top notch candidates to our hiring managers.  We take a proactive approach to source the best candidates for our company.    If this excites you and you have a passion to find and recruit the best – apply today!


  • 5+ years of demonstrated full life cycle technical recruiting experience as a corporate, in-house recruiter in transportation engineering is required.
  • Must have a “consultative” approach with hiring managers as well as demonstrated ability to provide alternative sourcing solutions
  • Must have experience recruiting multi-disciplined Engineers, Project Managers, and Construction professionals at all levels.
  • Preferred experience in one or more of the following markets:  roadway design, bridge design, construction, rail/transit systems, and aviation.
  • Experience with Workday (ATS) strongly preferred

The anticipated annualized full time target compensation (median) for this position is: $80,000.00.
