As an Interim Talent & Organisational Development Associate starting now through to January 2025 at our London location, you will play a vital role!
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the successful implementation of selected programs at different seniority levels across the organisation, such as: for early career professionals, new managers and female talent.
- You are also responsible for the project management of those selected programs. This includes budget control, organisation and successful delivery of the primarily online (MS Teams) hosted trainings.
- You will maintain close relationships with internal clients and external providers to analyse needs, challenges and opportunities in order to continuously improve PATRIZIA's program calendar.
- You will support the company’s employer branding strategy by writing compelling copy and/or creating video assets for internal and/or external use.
- As part of the Talent & OD team, you will support the day-to-day business and work closely with the entire HR team.
Your profile:
- You have previous experience in HR and people development, esp. with organising and facilitating development programs.
- You are confident in presenting and facilitating group discussions.
- You have strong writing skills. Ideally also confident with video editing and presentation design.
- You find it easy to quickly familiarise yourself with new tasks.
- You appreciate working in an international company.
- You show a high level of self-initiative and are reliable.
- You have excellent MS Office skills. Experience with Workday would be an advantage.
