Job Description Summary:

As the Compensation Analyst, you’ll represent the US market in the Global Compensation strategy team, supporting the translation of global program strategy to US requirements. 

Job Description:

Specifically, you will apply your benchmarking and data insights expertise to develop and maintain compensation ranges, short-term incentive targets and equity ranges to ensure PayPal remains competitive.

You’ll monitor compensation trends and research best practices in our industry and influence the design and implementation of our job architecture, base pay program, short term and long-term incentives.

You’ll keep our US compensation policies are up to date and manage to US-specific requirements for all compensation programs such as overtime, and geographic pay.

You’ll participate in compensation related projects and activities including participating in the Annual Performance & Rewards cycle as a key team member.


  • 5+ years of compensation related experience preferably within the technology industry
  • Knowledge of global job architecture best practices
  • Experience with job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills
  • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills


  • MarketPay experience
  • Workday experience, specifically advanced compensation module
  • Global company experience
  • CCP certification or equivalent
