The salary range for this role, based in New York is $65.00 to $80.00 per hour, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Note: This role is for a Maternity Leave coverage for approximately 6 months.
Job Aim
- Foster the adoption of global platforms and products in the region
- Measure and track the adoption in the region
- Coordinate interactions between the various stakeholders: Product Owners, Local HR teams, local IT teams, etc.
- Identify improvement opportunities and promote good practices within the region
- Provide upskilling content to local HR
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Ensure an efficient communication and collaboration between local and global
- Be the main interlocutor in the region for adoption questions
- Develop a solid understanding of local HR context, environment, business process and procedures
- Be aware of alternative local tools used or processes run in parallel, analyse the root cause, and promote the use of global platforms to avoid duplication
- Provide useful information and feedback from the region to the HR Tech CoE in order to adapt the global business processes and fine-tune the products
- Participate to the simplification and harmonization of business processes
- Give visibility about Global roadmaps, explain them to affiliates and provide them with support regarding change
- Encourage best practices sharing between regions
How ?
- Facilitation of monthly meetings with the Change & Adoption Partners (CAP) of the region : ~10 HR located in each affiliate + planification of ad hoc 1-1 meetings when needed.
- Collection / Prioritization of local feedbacks: share information during our “End-User feedbacks” committees and during meetings with the Product Owners.
2. Help building a robust upskilling offer to provide local HR teams with relevant trainings
- To foster the adoption of the solutions in the markets, identify relevant trainings
- Use and adapt different communication tools (user guides, webinars, eLearnings, etc.) to ensure that end users always have an easy access to the elements they need to use the global products and platforms
- Measure the impact of the different training materials and constantly improve them
- Coordinate on-boarding and training sessions to newcomers, or when needed
How ?
- Leading one of our upskilling projects: rationalization of learning assets (make sure the governance defined is followed and monitor the KPIs), monitor actions following LATAM upskilling session, creation of an onboarding track for new HR AND for new employee joining Pernod Ricard, industrializing our essentials trainings about Workday, define a translation governance for our Workday documentation.
3. Provide Change Management support for HR Transformation projects (ex: MUTOR, Horizons, deployment of a new Workday Feature, internal HR Transformation projects…)
- Connect with HR Transformation team members to collect and assess the key projects that will require Change Management and define the appropriate Change Management strategy: communication, training plan, support…
- Ensure a smooth implementation in the markets. Assess change readiness, coordination the integration of the global product in local ecosystems and adaptation to local business needs
- Work together with the communication team to find the right channel and the right content
- Support local teams with adoption and change management
How ?
- Assess our level of intervention for each project (lead, support, advice), use the KDP Change Management methodology.
4. Monitor and lead the adoption of the global products and platforms in the region, especially for PRNA
- Follow-up the Adoption Program action plan that has been built with the affiliate and make sure the solutions proposed by HR Transformation stakeholders answer to local needs
- Follow-up ongoing HR Transformation projects on onboarding, recruiting – Review & Recommend and CRM, learning that PRNA is part of
How ?
- Make sure HR transformation stakeholders include the Adoption program action plan in their PI planning and propose adapted solutions (organize meetings with PRNA when needed to validate actions), be the guarantor of affiliate's needs but also manage their expectations.
Profile Required
– Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from Engineering School / University
– 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally combining HR operational and change management activities in a matrixial organization of a multinational company, or in a consulting company.
– Experience in HR digital transformation, driving adoption of new technologies.
Languages and other skills:
- Fluent (spoken and written) in English. Spanish is a plus
- Ability to foster collaboration and drive engagement
- Excellent people/leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-cultural teams
- Customer oriented
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Empathy to understand untold barriers of adoption and ways to solve them through different techniques
- Ability and maturity to challenge local HR teams regarding existing processes
- Ability to train and guide others
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
